Online Registration System

The deadline for new roster registration was December 30, 2011. If you are still interested in particpating in the tournament, please submit your roster information. The fee for tournament entry is $425/team (if accepted into the tournament).

Important Dates

December 30, 2011: Roster and Entry Fee ($400/team) Deadline
Entry fees not received by December 30, 2011 will be assessed a $25 late fee (if accepted into the tournament)

February 10, 2012: Roster Revision Deadline

February 10, 2012: Player Medical & Liability Release Agreement Form Deadline

March 23-25, 2012: Tournament

Use the New Roster button to submit a new roster.

Use the View Roster button to display the current roster information (or "confirmation page"). You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.

Use the Update Roster button to change information for a previously submitted roster. You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.

Use the Medical Release Form button to view (and print) the required Player Medical & Liability Release Agreement Form. You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.
