Use the View Roster button to display the current roster information (or "confirmation page").
You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.
Use the Update Roster button to change information for a previously submitted roster.
You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.
Use the Medical Release Form button to view (and print) the required Player Medical & Liability Release Agreement Form.
You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.
