Online Registration System

The deadline for new roster registration was December 31, 2009. If you are still interested in submitting your roster, please enter your information. The committee will inform you if there are any slots available in our tournament. In addition, the registration cost is now $400/team.
The deadline for submitting roster revisions has passed.

Important Dates

December 31, 2009: Roster and Entry Fee ($375/team) Deadline
Entry fees not received by December 31, 2009 will be assessed a $25 late fee (if accepted into the tournament)

February 5, 2010: Roster Revision Deadline

February 5, 2010: Player Medical & Liability Release Agreement Form Deadline

March 26-28, 2010: Tournament

Use the New Roster button to submit a new roster.

Use the View Roster button to display the current roster information (or "confirmation page"). You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.

Use the Update Roster button to change information for a previously submitted roster. You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.

Use the Medical Release Form button to view (and print) the required Player Medical & Liability Release Agreement Form. You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.
